The good: Lightweight and slender design; small footprint; includes component and digital audio connection in addition to VGA, DVI, and HDMI; useful photo viewing feature.
The bad: Shallow black level and color depth; Dynamic Contrast Ratio feature is too distracting while watching movies; no screen rotation or height adjustment.
The bottom line: This 22-inch monitor packs on the features, including full HD video support and specialized picture and color enhancements. If you're looking for a great display to view photos, look no further.

This poor IBM thinks it has 64MB of RAM, when in MSD ,but not elsewhere. When in syschk, it thinks it has a 20TB and 100TB drive. Of how it wishes.
NEC V30 processor, 8MHz, 8086 compatible, with a 20MB HD and 640KB RAM.

On June 5th, NEC began offering its "Ubiquitous Desk Service" web meeting system, utilizing NTT's Next Generation Network (NGN) Video Teleconference Function. The company demonstrated the new web meeting system at Interop Tokyo 2008 and highlighted the features of the system including its clear audio and television-like video quality.
As the NGN network has a priority control function for audio and video, there is significantly less video delay and audio distortion compared to existing networks.
The features of the NGN network were utilized to hold a teleconference between Makuhari Messe and Shinagawa, which are connected by a commercial network operated by NTT.
The system uses H.264 compression at 2.5Mbps and would have been difficult to transmit smoothly over a conventional network. In the future, NEC plans to advance with HD conversion as NGN network functions are expanded.

DigInfo - http://movie.diginfo.tv - NEC Display Solutions, Ltd. showed their new monitor series, the MultiSync LCD2690WUXi which is used for color correction and imaging work. Intended for the professional this monitor has true HD 1920x1080 resolution and a 12 bit gamma revision that allows for more shades of grey to be displayed. The settings are saved on the monitor and can be shared with other equipment such as cameras, printers and other monitors. The monitor is also constructed to avoid discoloration from aging and test in two separate systems to make sure the screen meets their standards.

Došlo je vreme da počnemo da razmišljamo o ozbiljnom unapređenju optičkih uređaja u računaru. Iz zajedničkog pogona kompanija Sony i NEC na domaće tržište dolazi ubedljivo najpovoljnije rešenje za reprodukciju Blu-ray diskova, odnosno filmova u visokoj rezoluciji. Optiarc BR-5100S nije predviđen da zameni DVD rezače u računaru, već da dopuni funkcionalnost računara podrškom za Blu-ray medije.
