Video of the Insignia 720p HD Camcorder. This was shot in the "HD" mode outside in overcast conditions around 10am. Very good quality outside.
Please note that the videos do not look quite as good once when viewed in "Normal Quality" on YouTube. Make sure you click on "watch in HD" right below the video to get better picture. I'll post some more if people comment that they would like to see some other shots.

Turns out I bought this on Black Friday, but actually
I bought it returning from the airport after 4 days in
Los Angeles, CA with my brother for thanksgiving. We
went to Disneyland for Thanksgiving day, not a bad
deal but I feel like I got run over by a Disney
ad campaign (bring your gas mask if you do the "autopia"
ride, CA emissions test hasn't touched that ride).
Anyhow, coming home on black friday, stopped off at
Best Buy and picked up this LCD TV.. I think having a HDTV
in my ramada hotel room encouraged me to get it.
It's got everything, and at 200 dollars you can't lose..
HDMI,VGA, Composite, Component, SVGA, Stereo SPDIF (even
fiber audio) output. Note if you look on the Dynex box, it
says it was made in china, but "designed in california"
so this is not just another shoddy product from China).
I've got 15 minute charger and some wifi pcmcia cards from
Dynex, and this is the first big-buck item I've bought..
I'm completely 100% satisfied.. Well so far..
As this video will show you, it's not lacking anything..
What compelled me to get it? Well after essing the value of
the bulk of the items in the store. Noting the fact that Best Buy's
sales people corralled off the really good stuff, like the ASUS
EEEPC for $259, I had figured there were good buys, but they'd face
up all the crap they wanted to get off their books. So I looked
way back in the back of the store, near all the smallish lcd's was
this gem. They had at least the decency to connect it to a digital
HD source, so I could ess the quality, and I could not believe my eyes,
the playback was fast, 60fps+, 720P, 200 dollars, great color, nice detail,
faces had even gradient tones, no jpeg artifacting visible, and seemed to anti-alias the high contrast details. The video they were playing was a european soccer game, with green turf and yellow ball, I could even make out details on the ball, I could see the goalie's net and back out the pattern of rain that was falling on the field. Then and there I determined, man I must have this monitor.
